The Philippines Call Centre has firms of all different dimensions. It’s the mid measured firms that will get a lot of the new clients. Smaller firms aren’t big enough to offer good service and the larger firms generally won’t spend any awareness of anybody except big clients, and their prices are generally higher as well.
